Personal training programs are made individually for each athlete and tailored to their specific goals, needs, and schedule. Each training session lasts 60 minutes and will consist of a mix of speed and skill development. Players can also plan longer 120 minute sessions with their trainers! Meeting times are based on the athlete’s schedule. Training sessions will focus on the following:
Get better at dribbling with my off hand • Get better at dribble moves to get by the defender • Become a better and stronger passer
Make more shots and have more confidence shooting in a game • Make more layups/finish better at the rim • Become a better foul shooter
Improve foot speed and quickness • Improve my triple-threat footwork • Foot speed • Improve my defense
Increase my vertical jumping ability • Quickness training • Increase my endurance and stamina so that I can play at 100% the entire game/practice.
Provides today’s student athlete with the opportunity to improve their game in a fun, intensive, and open learning environment. Players will work with several qualified coaches to embody the spirit of the game and compete with other opponents. Each athlete will be evaluated at the beginning and end of the summer program using our RAMP system. Throughout the week athletes will be exposed to different training exercises to help sharpen their skills and improve their basketball IQ. Additional information will be provided during the registration process.
A platform for student-athletes to expand their game in a fun, intensive, and open learning environment. Players will work with several qualified coaches to embody the spirit of the game and compete with other opponents. Athletes will be broken up into two groups based on skill and experience. Both groups are designed to meet players where they are at and highlight strengths and areas of growth. Each player will be evaluated at the beginning and end of the program using our RAMP system. Following the first three sessions, athletes will be given recommendations of how they can continue to improve their skills away outside of group trainings. All sessions are 60 mins in length and cannot be rescheduled if a player is unable to attend.

For the athlete who needs more hands on direct instructional feedback, this option provides players with the opportunity to receive one on one attention in sharpening their skills. Each player will work with their trainer to identify areas of growth, evaluate ongoing progress, and find supportive ways to transfer these skills back to the hardwood. All sessions are 60 mins in length and designed to be flexible in scheduling.
RAMP
Designed to assist our student-athletes in making their training accessible and mobile regardless of where they are in the world. Athletes of all ages and skill level will have the opportunity to follow along through different exercises designed to enhance their skills. Work at your own pace, record your sessions and receive feedback from our coaches. Although having access to a hoop can be beneficial it is not mandatory as many of virtual trainings have been modified to address every athlete’s needs. Each training session will be 30 mins in length and offer a variety of drills. Using our RAMP system we will work together to elevate your game at moderate pace.
